Frequently Asked Questions 

Can I order a flower box or bouquet for a birthday in 2 days?

Yes! We're equipped for your last-minute celebrations - whether you need a balloon bouquet, a flower box and custom balloon, or something else.  We carry an assortment of products in our inventory for almost any celebration! We prioritize earlier dates when responding to daily inquiries.

What is your cancellation policy? 

All deposits made to hold the date of your event are non-refundable.  If your event is cancelled, you must submit your cancellation a full (5) days before the day of your install.  Credit will be held on your account indefinitely and can be used in the future. 

How soon should I book my event?

How do I order balloons for an upcoming event? 

  • Step 1 – Complete the inquiry form 

  • Step 2 – Inquiries response time is 24-48 hours. We respond to all inquiries as quickly as possible with a focus on earlier events first. Inquiries submitted over the weekend will be addressed the following Monday.

  • Step 3 – After we’ve gone over questions and you’re ready to proceed with payment, I will send an invoice as well as payment options. 

  • Step 4 – Your date is reserved when deposit is received.  50% deposit to reserve date; 100% paid in full 7 days prior to event date.  

Do you deliver? 

Yes, we service all of Greensburg / Latrobe and surrounding areas. Installation prices vary based on setup location, load in time, type of installation etc.  

Can I customize my balloons? 

YES! You pick the balloon color, tassel preference, and the message that you want written on the balloon 

Can I use balloons I already purchased? 

The sooner the better.  Securing a date is subject to availability.  4 + weeks is ideal for large installations, however, we have worked with clients in a tight time frame.  Bouquets, jumbo balloons, & flower boxes require less notice but may be subject to inventory availability.

What type of balloons do you use? 

Uniquely transforming your vision into an authentic luxury experience is highly important, which is why we use bright, vibrant, professional-grade, 100% eco-friendly latex balloons. Our balloons are sourced from suppliers that exceed industry standards for high quality, and durability. Balloon installations last anywhere from 1 day to 3 months depending on the conditions.  Helium is very sensitive to extreme heat and cold, meaning that the lifespan of your balloons could be affected by the temperature of your house or weather outside.  

Are balloon mosaics a rental item? 

Each mosaic is handmade and yours to keep.  

Do you provide an onsite walk-through? 

Do you provide a mock-up design? 

Only on larger installations ($1500 +) and after deposit is secured.  Balloon garland length/quantity will be calculated via pictures and measurements from the client for smaller installs.  

Unfortunately, no. Due to quality control, we only use our own brands and our own balloons. 

Can I pick up my order? 

Yes, for a design fee deposit of $100 we can mockup a design for you.  That deposit will go toward your order.  

No, not at this time.  In the future, we may offer onsite pickups for smaller items such as garlands (<5ft), fringe, mosaics, bouquets, etc. 

What can my budget provide?

Although we provide a variety of products at various price points, it can be difficult to visualize how many feet of garland one needs for an event.  We've provided some examples of garland to help you determine what fits into your budget.
