About

Hi friends! My name is Lacey. I love balloons - but that was probably obvious! Also about me, I'm a pharmacist - I received my B.S. from the University of Oregon and Doctor of Pharmacy from Creighton University. I began to fulfill my creative side in 2019 when I started studying from some of the best balloon artists across the country. Initially, I was fulfilling a personal level of service I could not find to hire out. My creative expertise, attention to detail & planning, followed by care and precise execution quickly began to spread and a need was formed for Elevate.
